PROVISION OF SERVICES
All records are sold in good faith. Please read descriptions and our terms and conditions before purchasing.

Whilst every care is taken to provide correct images for records, images must be used only as an indication of the record and not the actual picture of the record you are purchasing. On the more expensive records (for example over £50) we have tried where possible to provide actual images of the records. If you are at all concerned about this, please feel free to email us using our feedback form and we can provide additional information. On some records we have provided samples. Whilst every care is taken to associate the correct sample with the record we cannot guarantee it is an exact recording of the record being purchased. We take great care in describing the condition of the records and do not want to mislead our customers in any way. All records are individually checked for scratches and cleaned prior to being added to our Website stock. As our stock is largely from collections and therefore not brand new, the majority of records will have signs of use on the sleeves. Where this is any more than normal wear and tear, we will specify explicitly the condition of the record and provide further images where possible. We are not responsible for damage caused in postage. Records are shipped in cardboard sleeves. Please refer to our delivery information for details of the services we can offer. If you have any special requirements please feel free to contact us. Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order. We will not be held responsible or offer compensation for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. All records on the Website showing in stock are available to purchase, however on rare occasions it is possible that two customers may order the same record at the same time. Under such circumstances the order completed and paid for first will be honored. Any orders/money received for items no longer available will be refunded in a timely fashion. Payment must be made by Paypal immediately upon placing an order. Records will not be removed from stock or orders processed before payment has been confirmed as received. We reserve the right to cancel orders where our terms and conditions as detailed here are not adhered to. Please make sure you read the item description carefully. People who later claim it is not the right mix, format, has wrong B side, not the correct color, have only themselves to blame, we provide accurate information so please make sure you understand before you commit to buy.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
